Terms of use

These terms apply to the Pointeks iPhone app and the website at pointeks.com, operated by Pavla Pechovicova, Krizikova 710/30, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we store about you.

The service

Pointeks shows tennis scores, draws, schedules, rankings and player pages, and can notify you about players you follow. The data comes from third-party sports data providers. We work to keep it accurate and prompt, but scores, times and draws can be late, incomplete or wrong, and the service can be interrupted. Pointeks is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ATP, the WTA, the ITF, Tennis Europe or any tournament.

Pointeks is for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not scrape, resell or redistribute the data.

Your account

You sign in with your Apple ID and are responsible for what happens under your account. You can sign out other devices, or delete the account entirely, from the Account screen. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or these terms.

Subscription

Full access to Pointeks requires a subscription, bought through Apple as an in-app purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and again within 24 hours before the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.

We may offer free or promotional access at our discretion, and change plans and prices for future periods. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Notes and content you add

The notes you write about players are private to you. You keep ownership of them; we only store and show them back to you. Do not use notes or bug reports to post anything unlawful or abusive.

Liability

Pointeks is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or delayed data, from interruptions of the service, or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Questions: petr.luxa@gmail.com.
